Standard House Checks Include:

• General walk-through of the entire residence including garage

• Security check of all doors and windows

• Check under sinks for water leaks

• Hot water tank and furnace

• Thermostat check (to your specification)

• Toilets flushed and sink traps filled if necessary

• Check proper operation of fridge and freezer

​

• Mail and flyer pick up

• Proper alarm setting when leaving the property if necessary

​

• Provide a 'lived-in' look (adjust window coverings, visit at different times of day, drive on snowy driveway)

• Check electric panel for tripped breakers

​

• Water indoor plants - if applicable

​

• Small animal care excluding dogs (extra rates may apply)
